Earlier, he was VP Strategy and GM Global Retail at Oracle NetSuite and CEO/Chairman of Retail Anywhere (acquired by NetSuite). He specializes in strategy, operations, and tech-driven growth.

Jon Cochrane, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Maxio. He led Maxio's payments business through a period in which he more than doubled its revenue and partnered closely with the executive team and board of directors on corporate strategy, pricing, and mergers and acquisitions. He now leads Maxio's next-generation Office of the CFO, with a focus on the role of AI in modern finance.
