How it works
Sphere acts as your external tax engine. Maxio sends the data, Sphere returns the tax, and Maxio adds tax in real-time to the invoice.
Map your product and component IDs inside Sphere first. This step is required before the integration will calculate correctly.
Enter and validate your Sphere credentials in Maxio’s tax settings.
Maxio passes product IDs, customer addresses and more to Sphere’s engine, which returns correct tax amounts globally.
Maxio stores the calculated tax on the invoice.
