How it works
Sphere acts as your external tax engine. Maxio sends the data, Sphere returns the tax, and Maxio stores it on the invoice.
Map your product and component IDs inside Sphere first. This step is required before the integration will calculate correctly.
Enter and validate your Sphere credentials in Maxio’s tax settings.
Maxio passes product IDs, customer address, discounts, and tax-inclusive settings to Sphere’s engine, which returns accurate tax amounts and jurisdiction breakdowns.
Maxio stores the calculated tax on the invoice.
